This worked for me today (June 2022) with my 2013 Model S85. Upon replacing the battery in the second key fob (while in the car), with both key fobs present, the warning message cleared. Did not need to reboot the MCU.

Well, the reality is that the Bethesda "supercharger" was rarely worth using - on the rare occasion that I used, it, the charging rate was spotty. It was advertised from day 1 as a temporary site.
