You have to be very careful not to open the trunk when the 1UP is in the position in the pics. However, you can pull the lower lever and drop/angle the rack “down”. Then, the trunk can open freely. If you want a pic of that, I can snap one.

My 2018 X has perforated leather with the vents. I much prefer the perforated leather too.

the door sensors will "watch" how much free space is present before it open completely or not. i dont have a 4 post lift, but i can only assume its going to be a tight fit/space. the FWD will open much less than full which may make it a total pain in the ass for getting in/out of.
