water bubble evaporates and drys out that's correct. but if its an air bubble depending on the size it can be fixed and no it doesn't disappear I would ask the shop right away to address that issue right away

I wouldn't base everything on the price. go to the shop look at their job and work if you are happy move forward

Keep in mind also Tesla paint have a lot dust nibs from the paint that will be noticeable when putting paint protection film . if they are just small bubble or moisture it drys out naturally. Hope this gets settle soon!

They are just double sided tape! you might need to create a template to put them back in place . you can tape the surrounding area of the old emblem before you remove it and just slap the new one in !

Protect the paint with sealant or wax even just for the winter easy enough to do! If you have budget and time ceramic coat it also other vehicles will throw small Rocks and salt at front end of your car so clear bra is another option for that congrats on the new M3!
