I just ordered these to swap in Place of my 21" Ubertines. Avant Gard M520-R. They are supposed to be available at the end of November for the MY PUP. They should Go nicely with the Diamond Blue Wrap. Next stop is unplugged coilovers to drop it another inch.

AS of this afternoon, I got a call from the Tesla SC saying that it was very poorly done and now going back for additional work. They have had it since 7/13. I wish I would have just given it back when I saw the issue on day 4.

I dropped my White MY PUP off ate Tesla on 7/13. Mine was one of the ones that had mismatched doors and I convinced them to repaint them. I just got a call this morning that they finally had gotten it back from the body shop and the paint quality was subpar so it is going back to be redone...

I don't believe its a full repaint. They are repainting the impacted panels and blending with the rest of the car. I'm a little OCD when it comes to paint so if it's not right I'll see it.

I showed up at the dealer within my 7 days ready to hand the car back to them. That may have something to do with it.

It's definitely darker, but I went with a dark tint. You can get a light tint just for UV and heat rejection. Factory tint has 0 solar/uv benefit. It is for privacy only.

I did 25 and 30% tint all around ad on the roof. I wanted all the windows to be the same color, since front is already a lighter shade. I am in AZ and it get sooooo hot in the car with that glass roof. A/C was having a hard time keeping up.

so you didn't have the dreaded mismatched paint? On mine, the front door paint doesn't match the rest of the car. I was a June delivery and Tesla has now had it for going on 3 weeks to get it fixed. :/

I do a weekly wipe down with chemical guys quick wipe and a few microfiber clothes. After the initial scrubbing the bugs will come of easier next time.

I heard this while I was at a service appointment from a Y that was cruising by very slowly. I'm sure if you remove the caps it will go away. The wheels are nicer than the caps anyway. Or, I am selling the factory 21's mine came with.

I am supposed to pick mine up at 10am. I called the location just to confirm and find out when they anticipated the car arriving. I was told by Sunday. Don't be surprised if there is a delay. I was really hoping that it would be on the lot for a day or 2 so they had time to fix any issues.

NOOOOOOOOO. Auto car washes are awful for your paint. 1 time through and you will need a $1000 paint correction to get the swirls out. Invest in a good lambs wool or microfiber mit, Get a bulk pack of micro fiber clothes from costco and spend some quality time washing on the weekends...
