Other formats may not work with the model Y yet (just like they didn't with the 3 initially), we are on an older software version right now.

The problem with these contact-less deliveries is what do you do if the employee has already left? Now you have a car sitting in front of your place that you don't want to accept... About to have a touchless delivery on Friday and the communication has already been frustrating up until this point.
