Got a delivery date confirmed for my car to be at my local SC for next week...pretty excited now. The cars must be moving from Southampton now...anyone else's stuck down there might soon get a call/email/txt from Tesla shortly.

That's what they keep telling me as well. From what I'm aware AutoXP stopped moving them, not sure if AutoXP have furloughed staff or whatever, but Tesla are trying to get another transport firm to move them. Not sure how far they're getting tho...

My car is still stuck in Southampton, sounds like your car had been delivered to the SC or was at least out of Southampton, unless you were matched to another one of same spec.

Anyone that was meant to collect from Dartford before we all went into lockdown had their car delivered?

Did he say where he's delivering from? I can be matched to a car but have no way of getting to either Heathrow or Westfield during lockdown but Tesla won't confirm a delivery. Spoke to a very helpful lady today and they even called me back - I was in shock!

Hope your cat was ok. God if our cat got hit by a car I can guarantee that my wife would string me up for not having a car at the moment...it would all be my fault somehow :eek: I'm hoping this week or next they'll surprise me :)

Called them this morning, no real update, car should be heading to Dartford and not Heathrow now!?!? They're going to speak with logistics and report back to me more details on when it might leave Southampton and actually when it might get to me. This is starting to get majorly frustrating...

Called them earlier and the nice lady was pretty unhelpful, my car is still in Southampton, it's on the delivery list and they're hoping to get the cars out to us when they can. Trust my car to be first on the boat and last off! :rolleyes:

Interesting to see some people are getting dates for a delivery. I think I might call them later to see if I can get an update on the whereabouts of mine. Being without a car is a right royal pain in the backside. An empty driveway is a sad driveway.

Me! Spoke to them again this morning, it seems my car is still in Southampton but should hopefully be on the next "shipment" to Heathrow this week/Friday and then delivered from there. They reckon it could get to me by the end of next week. Sounds like there are still 400-500 cars still down...

Mine did that all Wednesday as I was meant to be picking it up in Dartford...then after finding out it was still in Southampton the app went back to the welcome message and lootbox. Fingers crossed you get yours today tho!

Had the same text saying Heathrow so gave them a call. Currently as the vehicles get released they're trying to do a north and south collection sites...so for me Heathrow, whilst north sounds like it's Newcastle. Home delivery for NHS workers only. Not sure I can get to Heathrow but...
