My mode has very low suspension and the bottom portion of the car always Rubs against the driveway whenever I backup. Today looks like it is broken and hear a screeching sounds whenever I backup. Is this a common problem with low suspensions! How do u get it fixed? Attached is a picture

Thanks for all the feedback. The pictures they sent did not show any damage or dents to be specific. Many were not closeup so I am hoping nothing major. One of the tires had less tread, not sure if I can expect new tires all around.
