If the width is exactly the same, I wonder why the cameras on the side fenders are larger. Perhaps it wasn't the rear fenders but new camera tech inside those covers. I looked at mine yesterday, noticed how much smaller they are. Can't wait for owner reviews on this refresh.

I just find it weird having only the right side squirting fluid on a car that costs over $130k CAD. I wonder if the Taycan has two working wipers?!

This just seems strange to me. Even my 1976 911 sprays washer fluid better. Oh well, if this is normal then it is what it is.

Yesterday I had to use washer fluid with wipers for the first time. No fluid coming from the left wiper only right side. Is this normal on the Model S too? Is this how it works on all Tesla models? Now I need to pop up the hood and hope nothing got sprayed inside the frunk. Ridiculous.

Yes the gap isn’t even on my S too. I just adjusted the rubber footings near the edge of the trunk and tried closing. It only happened once where I couldn’t close it. This was only the first week I brought it home. Never had any issues after.

I did the full frontal on my S and it’s worked out great. Washing bugs and other stuff is quick. Protection is worth it if you do highway driving during your commute.

Trade now and get the most you can. I know many people who are waiting for the Cybertruck, including myself, who picked up a 3. I went with the S because I needed a bigger vehicle. I may keep it when the truck arrives or trade it in. I have time to think about it.

Nah, I took them off and I'm happy with the Genesis wheels. Unfortunately, Tesla told me that they are not in the S UI yet to change them in the dash and app. Weird since model Y can change the wheels. It's like including them in the S was an after thought.

I also want this stealth option. I notice in sentry videos people always turning their heads when it gets activated in the parkade. There is so much potential for advanced custom features in the phone app or car settings.

Do you have the key in your possession? Do you have the option on of walk away lock? I have it off to make sure I use the key to lock the car because I don't trust it. This way it folds the mirrors too.

I almost bought the X but as I drive alone 90% of the time, I went with the S. I love the looks and drive. The hatch functionality is major. I came from a SUV and this car has more storage, longer and wider too.

I find it hard not to accelerate with my car but knowing I have that long range helps if I need it. :)

My coworker has the same wheels on her Y. But she went with the silver centre cap and I prefer it over the black. Unfortunately the lug caps are black still. I have the same black as above on my wheels but going to get silver caps and try it out.

Love the new S and keeps getting better. Can charge at 250kW now so nothing old tech about this car. Could have bought a Taycan but not even a do over would make me change my mind.

It’s been a few months of ownership for me and it certainly is different driving an electric car. I’m a car nut and almost bought another Porsche, but for daily commute and tech, I really love my S.

The clip going around with Jay Leno is interesting as Elon will be making the truck 5% smaller all around to fit in a normal garage. But what is a normal garage in North America is still be seen ;)

Interesting because I found a post on reddit about someone who found 22" wheels without any rubbing and his S is lowered. He stated 22x9 ET 30 up front, 22x10.5 ET 38 out back. I'm curious if this works.
