Are you lowering your car by the way? I think to pull off bolder colored wheels, you definitely need to eliminate that wheel gap. It helps a lot, imo.

Personally, I think it might be a bit much. The multispoke is already busy and the rose gold addition puts it over the top for me.

Echoing others, that's most likely repairable. You can never tell for sure until you do a one hundred percent teardown. However, we've definitely seen worse (including susp, rear body/floor, etc.) that was not totaled.

Glad to hear that it was only the car that was damaged and not you or your family. Gotta be grateful for the positives. Like others have said, though, that's probably toast. We have two sitting on our lots with similar hits and they're both total losses.

Pretty common hit that we see frequently. In our experience, this would be anywhere from 22-27k just based on a rough visual. Unfortunately, these cars are hard to total depending on age and mileage.

You are correct with the inconsistent paint depth from one panel to the next. We measured two white Y's and there were six variances in paint depth across six panels. For both of them, we're essentially repainting half the vehicle.

I wouldn't be in a rush to get a Model Y... We've dealt with several and I would definitely wait. They are shutting down several production lines to retool and 'upgrade' from what we were told. Better safe than sorry with this one.

It's the dust, man! It drives me crazy!
