Have 2016 MX 75D and 2020 MX LR+, and both have Xpel Ultimate Plus. Great stuff for protecting the paint from road debris, bugs, etc. The shop recommended I use Plexus on Xpel to keep the shine. And Plexus is great product!

I think there are multiple options. If your state allows (or willing to risk it), there is LPW option. For me, I have used this to install the front license plate for my X. It works great, so I will use this on the Y when it gets delivered: No-Hole Tesla Model X Front License Plate...
