Hi Raphy. Please let us know. My problem was sorted when the engineers came over to have a look at the charging point and they found that one connection was loose. My car was charging perfectly on superchargers as well as with the granny charger. Hopefully it's a quick fix for you as well.

This happened to me three times in four months already. Coincidence or not, every single time this happened after an update. A reset does the trick so I never bothered raising it.

I drive back from work every night at 3-4am, when the highways are just full of lorries. I've had this issue happening so many times that I've resorted to driving manual or using the right lane rather than the middle one. It's really frustrating

To be fair, it sounds silly but he did a cracking job. Everything was done pretty quickly and really tidy. He told me he's certainly tested it, but he may have touched something by accident when he put the cover back, and it sounded genuine. Oh well, at least it's sorted now

Just as an update, the charge point is finally working One of the connections inside was loose. The installer came and rectified it, and it's now happily charging. Thanks all for your help

I put my order through the first week of June, and signed the agreement and all. Been chasing my CRM every week since then with no luck. I've then emailed their support email ([email protected]) and got the RN the day after.

After escalating further to Electric Auto, they finally gave me my RN... What Tesla also told me is that they didn't use a referral code. I'm so mad, I've insisted so much on it, and they confirmed they would use it. Anything I can do now, besides writing a strongly worded email?

Just bear the small print in mind. In Tesla it shows total downpayment 6k so it's actually more expensive I think, I don't know why they don't include it in the deposit? I've done the same as you, but then I checked leasing.com and it was actually cheaper, even without the extra 3k downpayment.
