Did you reuse most of the old hardware? What new hardware such as nuts, bolts, clips did you need? I'm trying to avoid 10 trips to the hardware store with no front bumper as this is my only vehicle at the moment.

I appreciate it. I would like for it to be as OEM as possible, but minor modifications are not out of my realm at all. I'm a former auto tech. I ordered the bumper cover already. Anyone know the price Tesla wants for the splash shield new? $300 used on ebay seems a bit extreme.

Has anyone compiled a parts list now that the intricacies of this conversion seem to have been worked out? All I can find are a few from some time ago.
