Yes it is a 2017. Built 12/2016 but it is registered as 2017 model by Tesla. I’m in Oregon.

Yes, probably won't sell until August. The car should have 22-23k miles by August. I think $49,000 is more reasonable price. Not currently super charger enabled but that option can be added on. Eligible for extended warranty which will need to be purchased. Will consider offers.
