I did plastidip. It was quick and easy. Just needs a lot of patience and find things to do between coatings (I did 15 mins intervals). I did around 6~7 coats and it came out as expected. I did use a small toothpick to trace the outline of the emblems while peeling (just to be safe).

No worries. I got the same exact text and am pulling my hairs out in frustration. This is not supposed to happen on a 60K vehicle. I guess this is the price you pay to join the club (1st time owner here).

All I can say is wow. That is one emotional roller coaster ride. I mean the least they can do is just stop all this BS and tell the paying (or paid) customers what the truth is. I think I’m more frustrated and upset over the lack of communication than anything else.

It’s 8PM and still no delivery. This is unacceptable. No communication no nothing. They are just asking for a lot of angry customer calls tomorrow.

My delivery appointment holder also disappeared, but still has the VIN listed and no MVPA yet.

I was told I would be given more details by email on the contact less home delivery process by later today. I was also told that they will only accept ACH or cashier's check (no more personal check) before scheduling delivery. I went ACH route to save the hassle.

Apparently I will have a midnight home delivery on the morning of 30th at 1201AMo_O.. No text and MPVA yet either.. but overall progress did change to enter bank info and payoff..

I'm beginning to think the text msg does not mean we are scheduled for a VIN yet since no delivery dates were mentioned. It's pretty much "get your stuff done" so you can be the next man up when someone fails to take delivery for whatever reason. I'm not sure if it's the same tactic they used...
