Use the Monty Python fix. Change your car name to The Rabbit of Caerbannog and the Monty Python got will appear. All the apps will reappear. You can then change your car name back

Hi there I've just installed software version 2021.24.4 (UK) and all the apps on my 'theater' screen have disappeared. I thought that Disney+ was going to be installed but I now have no YouTube, Netflix, etc. Just a blank screen. Have tried a soft reset but no joy. Any advice folks? Mike

I managed it over the phone. Get through to the Accounts Dept. They are the ones who can disable the MFA.

The 'Stop Charging' button on my screen is also not working. Tried soft and hard resets but no joy. It will stop if you slide the charging limit to less than the current charge level but you can't do this if your charge is under 50%. I don't get a 'gap' where I can yank the cable out

You're right and it just acts as a good reminder to others to record and store safely your emergency access codes if you enable MFA. Once I'm let back in to my account I will definitely be re initialising MFA. Lesson learned

An update. I've been passed on to Owner Experience Support and have got a incident ticket raised. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and will keep you all updated. Thanks for the support
