Update: I had a Motor tech out who replaced the handle. He said there is an arm on the gear that are sus to breaking. Sounds like that was the issue.

Model S: was running 21.12.25.7 yesterday. Went into the car a few hours ago and saw the 2024.24.1 software, which I started to dl/install (see pics). i went back out a few hours later to check on it….the software is still 21.12.25 and the 2024 software isn’t even available anymore? Any ideas?

Just a quick update/resolution for anyone that stumble as across this. It turned out the tech called the day before the service and was able to send OTA signal to reset some security program associated with the car. That fixed it. Makes me wonder what else the techs can “unlock” ota! :)
