    Yoke Steering

Reading all of these posts on the yolk style steering wheel…well I wish I could drive a plaid mS for like a month to really try it out. I will not knock it down without trying ( and trying means to use it more than once or twice and in diff situation). I remember everyone discussing how...

    Squeaky Door Handle

Did any of the suggestions work? My door handle recently started squeaking too and wanted to try something that has been reported as working. Otherwise I can also use the WD-40 right into the pin in the Tesla DIY section. that DIY was a fix for freezing or sticking door handles in the cold...

    FSD and capabilities of a

I got the points you made, but I think for actual full self driving, the car would need to deal with the real world and that includes the things we face on the road daily. I still really like the capabilities as they are and find use for it, but what I am looking forward to an option to have...

Blog Report: Model 3 Inspired Compact Hatchback Planned for Europe

I own a model 3 and love the car, but would have loved it even more if it had a hatchback. I don’t like the fact that the model 2 will be considered the low end model. I would definitely pay for a nicer full featured hatchbac.

    FSD and capabilities of a

I can’t wait to sign up for beta FSD and try it out at end of March 2021. However some things I noticed no one or hardly anyone talks about....is the various unexpected and odd things that the car has to be able to recognize and avoid. In California, we have horribly maintained roads and...

Blog Report: Model 3 Inspired Compact Hatchback Planned for Europe

If that were available, I would consider trading in my model 3 which is perfect minus no hatch back and not lift gate. We have a Y and I love hatchback style but the Y is too big for me. I prefer a compact. My husband drives the Y mainly.

My Model 3 Got Wrecked Today :(

Wow, what a terrible thing to be involved in. Good to hear you and family all are ok. m3 continues to show that it is designed well and is a safe car to be in.

Accident - Got hit from behind

Noooo, don’t trade in your 3....check out the response I made to Relay... On lrm3 vs. model Y AWD 19 in induction wheels.

Accident - Got hit from behind

I have had my lrm3 since June 10, 2018 and took delivery of our AWD white w black 19 in induction wheels Y on June 19th. It looks great especially with the chrome delete. We are keeping both cars. The Y drives well, but the 3 feels more “glued to the ground”. You notice it when you drive...

Our Model 3, 2 years later

...or use voice command for wipers... You know you can activate a single wiper sweep from the stalk by pushing the end in?? I have a RH drive so it is my left stalk - not sure if it is the same with US cars. That said, I agree. The auto wipers are not as good as on my old 2008 Ford SMax...

Our Model 3, 2 years later

And I didn’t even name half of the things I love.... moving to an all EV family and doing something significant to help with our environment issues (we do many of the things others may do..& this is just another step further), my phone as my key, controlling things with the app, DOG mode...

Our Model 3, 2 years later

Thx for your review. I agree with many of the things you mentioned. I also have owned my lrm3 over 2 years, since June 10, 2018. I waited over 2 years to get the car and well worth it. I love the car more than ever. In addition to what you mentioned, I love the more aggressive regen...

mY Express Pickup experience & waiting for a full PPF wrap...Super excited!

    I got my car today.

There are a bunch of after market matte and carbon fiber wraps...on Evannex, Abstract Ocean, EV wraps, Amazon... think they are vinyl rather than PPF, it if you like matte you have a number of options. There are kits with matching vinyl for the smooth pats of your steering wheel too...around...

    I got my car today.

Yes, wrap the piano black console with PPF film. That is what I just did on my model Y and did that on my model 3 about two years ago, so console does not have a scratch on it and stays beautifully black and shiny!

CO - Whole body PPF & Ceramic coating?

I just posted the following for my experience. I live in CA so do t have a recommendation for a place, but I have had experience with PPF on my model 3 and just got my model Y wrapped. What I wrote: Picked my fully PPF wrapped (3M) model Y....including the black shiny piano black...

mY Express Pickup experience & waiting for a full PPF wrap...Super excited!

Picked my fully PPF wrapped (3M) model Y....including the black shiny piano black console...which I want to stay shiny and scratch free......from Aux Auto In San Mateo A few days ago. I had bought 2 strips of this clear film stuff , looks like PPF...for the door sills, and they also installed...

mY Express Pickup experience & waiting for a full PPF wrap...Super excited!

~$6k for full wrap on model Y. Aux auto in San Mateo also wrapped my piano black console with clear PPF so won’t get scratched and stays beautiful and shiny! Wrap is 3M brand. I know it works great because I have the same full wrap on my model 3 for 2 years now. I have had my front bumper...

    Voice Command User Question

Just picked up our model Y and I noticed the same as I use the “open glovebox” on my model 3 a lot and so was one of first voice commands I tried in the Y. Why don’t we all report it using the bug fix voice feedback.......they could fix it in next software update if enough people are having the...

Model Y: condition of car pick up on June 19 from Fremont

Picked up my mY June 19th. Summary of my initial inspection: pearl white with Black induction wheels AWD. Not 100% perfect in all aspects, but I am still very happy and will have things taken care of as needed....hopefully by Tesla mobile serviceM which is wonderful. - Paint: see a tiny chip...

Raining inside my 2-week-old Model Y

I wonder what happened? I would have thought maybe they washed the car once ( and so would have noticed) before the pick up but maybe not since cars are probably not sitting around lot long enough to get very dusty or dirty. I am going to check mine for sure. I just picked up on June 19th...
