Quick update, I cut the cable and shipped the PEM to Gruber for rebuild. Does anybody know where I can buy a new connector to replace the one that was causing me trouble? I understand that it will be changed as part of the PEM rebuild but I would also like to have a spare…

thank you, glad to know what a one in good shape looks like. The front section of mine (white pin and black lever) is gone… see pictures. Would it make any difference if I tried sticking a flat screwdriver in the hole at the top of the picture?

Yes, the battery is fully charged (not range), APS-disabled, etc. I’m doing this work in preparation for sending the PEM for a full rebuild at Gruber.

Thank you all. I have a 2.0 (#919). Unfortunately, no luck, the connector nor the white pin will move. Can I just pull on the wires or just cut them? How easy is it to connect a new connector to the wires?

Thanks. The white peg that would normally be facing towards the back of the car is gone and instead there seems to be this white round one facing the passenger side. I’m probably getting ready for using your screwdriver tip… What if I break the connector? It is easily replaceable?

Thank you for the advice. I already have a 30 Amp 125/250 volts Hubbell outlet in the garage that I was planning to convert or buy an adaptor for a bit later on... I’ll call an electrician for the conversion ASAP :)
