Condo EV charger installed - Ontario

Haven't been checking the forums lately. This installation cost is per unit, but I believe these cost were averaged out because multiple people chose to install at the same time. I was told around 10 were installed in the first round. My total cost after taxes, fully up and running was...

I don't use Spotify so I couldn't tell you and live traffic does not show up. Pretty sure live traffic is only available with premium connectivity sub.

    Hot Spotting from Cell Phone

I do this all the time. Car parked underground and can't connect to any wifi, so I use my cell personal hotspot when driving to get updates and listen to music. I turn on personal hotspot on my cell phone and setup car to access the wifi. When it park works automatically. As soon as you put the...

    Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

I bought my used M3 from the Tesla website this past summer and have 2.35% 72m with RBC. It was the same rate that everyone else was posting around the time. One thing I learned is that you can't put in lump sum payments unless you open a separate RBC account.

    Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

For those of you that have already picked up your car, how long did it take to get bank details to check your remaining payments or change payment options? It's been over a month and still waiting for a welcome package from RBC.

Condo EV charger installed - Ontario

Looks like my condo will finally be allowing the installation of chargers at our designated spots. Still not clear on all the details, but they are going through legal now. What I've managed to find out is that they will have preferred vendor for installation, but we can purchase our own...

Just heard back from Tesla, the Scotiabank rate with same downpayment and term came back as 3.99%. So definitely sticking with RBC, at 2.8%

    CPO purchase shenanigans

They really do need to provide more information and better quality photos. I looked at a few and couldn't tell if a car had paint scratches or just lights reflecting from the cars surface. One even had a cracked window in the back, couldn't get any info if it would be fixed before pickup. I also...

Essential or Useful apps to have

Preparing for my Model 3 delivery in less than a week and was wondering, what are some essential or useful apps to have? So far I've installed Tesla and a better route planner, but are there others worth downloading or signing-up for right away? I have looked into Plugshare and ChargePoint...

    Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

I'm thinking about it now, I was expecting 4% since I'm buying used and not new. When talked to advisor they also mentioned hugehrates. I figured those really good rates were only available for new car purchases.

    buying used Tesla

Going through the process right now and mainly using Tesla site for used inventory in area and EVCPO. EVCPO is easy to search and filter. They also have a $ symbol which also show the price history of the vehicle which is useful. May just be in Toronto, but there were a few SR+ sold recently...

I'm also interested in finding out, getting an M3 soon. Looks like Amazon would be the best bet.
