I've been waiting for someone to re-evaluate my trade in for 2 weeks (website says that someone would contact me within 24 hours...). The trade in only has 300 miles more than the first time they evaluated it. No one responds to any of my requests - a little professionalism would go a long way...

I’m disappointed in this process. I was looking forward to being a part of the Tesla family, but I’m cutting ties in August if I don’t at least get a VIN. I’m tired of being ignored and Tesla having my interest-free $2500 loan with no delivery in sight and a 4-8 week delivery for new orders...

Wouldn't be within my spec. Tesla is now the largest auto manufacturer in the world by market cap and they've build over 1M cars now, it's time they start acting like it.

Ordered in April of last year - I'm holding on hope of delivery in July, but I have nothing to base that on. I guess we'll see...

similar situation for me- same configuration and ordered 4/1/19. I haven’t heard anything other than the generic “we are prioritizing those orders with all steps complete” which was in late April. If you heard 4-8 weeks, that would be great. Good luck!
