I called customer care yesterday and they said they can see internally that my account has one year free supercharging enabled for my account, however it doesn't reflect under account details. When I did supercharging yesterday night, my card wasn't charged.

I took delivery on Dec 12 and one year free supercharging is enabled on 01/14. I called customer care and they confirmed it may be bug that it doesn't show up under account details.

I took Model Y delivery couple of weeks back and found few issues during delivery. One of the concerning issue is front passenger door needs to be slammed to close, it doesn't work like rest of the doors. Did anyone else had similar issue? Service Center folks said I need to let the door seal...

Do they activate the promo right away and you can use free supercharging miles? Did you get any confirmation or notification that you got one year free supercharging miles? Is this for 2021 free miles?
