fyi...June 22-26th is the NPE (National Plastics Exposition). There will be 1000's of engineers in town for that. Takes up all of McCormick Expo Center. I will be there and will go to the store either way. Jim

Volt is a stretch for a lean/strong auto company... I hope it makes it but every part of this car is an engineering challenge. We will see. I agree the price is insane!

Voice controls are really being debugged fast, watch Microsoft get into this project... Sync like system but much improved by 2011.

I think the money to them is a done deal. Some of the 1 trillion has to go to Tesla. I have been working on the Volt for 2 years, and I decided to order the Model S today. A bet but I think a reasonable risk with the deposit policy. Also, when the inflation hits you want tangible assets. :)

Got my order in at 8:19 am. Got call from Tesla at 1 pm. There doing good so far.
