Just to add. I charge to 85% then finish the drive to work. Leave it for 4 days, then that gives me approx 76% to leave to drive home, getting home with 10% thanks again...

I have a 2020 MY recently I have seen a drop in range, I am putting this down to temps really. I charge to 100% and can drive 128 miles to work, then have 40% left, I have to supercharge back to at least 85% to get home. It certainly seems I will only get around 200 miles from a 100% charge...

I had issues with my Gen 3, I eventually got through to Customer services, and they sent a firmware update and right now, mine seems ok, fingers crossed!

Thanksjdr93, I didn't think it should be an issue. The heater not shutting off when I get out is a problem, and the phone not connecting all the time is a bit of a disappoitment.
