Received 2021.40.6 which is suppose to have Active Noise Cancellation. I do not see the option to enable nor did I see it displayed in the upgrade notifications following the install. Has anyone received this version and enabled noise cancellation?

I saved the location of my home to auto fold mirrors in when arriving. I no longer wish to have this happen. It does not appear that there is an option to stop the auto fold on location feature once you've enabled it for a location. Am I missing something?

When in autopilot I the right dial does not adjust the car length distance like it did on my model Y. Is this normal and is there some other way to do it other than using the UI?

Gave it another try just now. I needed to press the pedals harder. Was just being too timid.

I tried to use launch control on my LR today. I was getting the two pedal pressed power reduced warning notification instead of getting cheetah stance and being able to launch. Has anyone had this problem?

Has anyone been able to get Tesla to replace steering yoke with vein in it? I pick mine up on Friday and noticed it has it too.

I'm supposed to pick up my car Friday. I took a peak at it today and noticed that it has the vein running down the center of the yoke. Has anyone had success in getting them to acknowledge and replace it? I've seen some that do not have it.

Just for awareness my SA contacted me out of the blue and said that they have been authorized to remove FSD without impacting the price of LR for those who got in before the $5000 price increase. I had him remove it and sure enough base price was not effected.

Got VIN yesterday. Talked to SA just now showing car arriving Aug 4th. VIN is 436 and he said build date was July 15th. He did confirm there is a hood but blamed on texas requiring more inspections.

LOL now delivery date moved from Oct to Aug 1 - 7. It’s a 436 lot number. Don’t know what to think about that.

I’ve had a rolling estimated date that’s started a couple of weeks ago with no VIN. Last night it was Aug 2-9. This morning there’s a VIN but delivery estimated October 😳. This hold going on may be awhile.

This is correct. I was on vacation and had a friend act as my proxy. The guidance I got from Tesla was if I trusted them to provide the proxy with my username and password. He then logged into the app as me and accepted the car.

I’ve seen quite a few posts about plaid vs LR from a cost / value perspective. Many seem to focus on the 50k difference and argue that it’s not worth it. I’m not up to speed on resale value of say LR vs Performance but I would imagine the resale value of the Plaid will hold its value the same...

I ordered June 17th. Estimated delivery said June when ordered. June went away this morning followed by a VIN 2 hours later. Scheduled for pick up June 29th. This is crazy. Plaid, 21 Arachnids, Blue, Wood, No FSD.

I ordered on June 17th and it said June and has never changed. I'm expecting it to change / disappear. No way it's happening. The SA said it wouldn't be until Sept / Oct.

The same can’t be said for last April when I received MY. I ordered the Plaid Monday. Says estimated delivery June. Sales rep calls a day later and says won’t be until September or later. Still says June on website.

It’s amazing how incredibly bad Tesla is at releasing new cars. Last year I went through this with the Model Y. I got the Y because I didn’t want the S until the refresh. Now I’m going through the same silliness again waiting on the Plaid delivery. All that to say it’s worth waiting.

I received my MY back from service on Friday. They replaced the super manifold. So far it’s been working and it hit 102 in Houston today. I even parked it in the sun and left climate set to 66. It held for 45 minutes and then I drove it around for 20 minutes or so without issue. I’m seeing here...

Wow this is very disappointing. My MY is supposed to be getting a super manifold tomorrow. I guess I will force them to put it in the sun with the climate on and monitor the temp for an hour before excepting it. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I have integrated with the Tesla API and this is the data from my MY. I set the car in driveway with climate set to 68. Notice the temp is held there but then as the outside temp starts rising (clouds went away the inside cabin temperature climbs with it. I tried lowering to 61 but the inside...

Same problem here. First service appointment tomorrow. I’m leveraging an integration with home assistant to show the issue. The 12:40 mark is one of the times the issue occurred. Temp creeping up away from set temp. I improved the data but the MY didn’t exhibit the problem yesterday.

Had same spoiler issue on delivery. They replaced it and managed to chip the paint in the process. Another service appointment next week which will probably require another spoiler after the repair.
