I think if you locked in the trade offer before the refresh was announced you may end up having to trade it in. It's pretty hard get a sale done within days though you may want to just post a bottom ask price that would be worth it now before giving it to the dealer.

Considering the low miles I would figure maybe you can get 47-50k after negotiations. I believe carvana is going to be low 40s.

Tesla's historically depreciate in waves as the models get updated. You will find one as the new updates affect the rest of the market. The only wildcard is how good FSD gets and if it changes the used prices.

I believe California is like the six or seven the world's largest economy alone. Listing there is most definitely going to get you even more depreciation with the tax credit core cost to ship it to another state.
