It's symptomatic of Tesla's terrible service once you get their car. I expected a van to pull up to fix the tire, not to haul it off to a SC for god-knows how long.

But I've never had a car come without a lug wrench and jack. It would be nice to take the tire only to a repair facility, particularly if it can't hold air.
