Did not get it either but checked with Tesla service here in Toronto. They checked a few other Teslas with the update and none got this. They suggested the actual brake software update is likely yet to arrive??

Just updated my MY to 2022.16.1.1 and did not get anything about regular brakes to compensate for low regen either. Contacted local Tesla Service Centre and they checked some other Teslas which have the upgrade and reported none of them had it either. Suggested it was actually not in this...

Tesla service just canceled my appointment saying no speakers legally required prior to Sept 1st and no retrofits currently available. Early builds like mine not getting speakers nor Boombox. They did suggest this may change in the future???

Yes I read there was a device bulletin suggesting Tesla would add speakers to Model Ys without in order to comply with legal requirements. Again stay tuned

I did not get Boombox in my Model Y, VIN 24XXX either but did set up a mobile appointment with Tesla for Jan 5. Stay tuned for update on progress.

My wife likes to turn the vents off too. Just picked up my MY last Friday. Both front vents run even when no passenger. Do I have a problem? BTW got dual zone by using voice command to turn sync off.
