I installed Redwood Motorsports sway bars in May for my 2020 Model Y. One of my front OEM endlinks failed in about 3 months after. I just put in 2 new OEM endlinks and those failed in a week! My installer says aftermarket endlinks they've seen 100% failure so I was trying to avoid putting them...

Originally I had ride height on low and the Adaptive Suspension Damping on Auto. It felt heavy on turns. Then I turned it to advanced and left the Ride Comfort in the middle, but moved Handling to Sport. I felt like that made a HUGE difference.

No idea about torque vectoring but I have an MYLR with MPP Coilovers and Sway Bars and at first I thought that handled way better than my 23' MXP. My MXP just felt like this light tank that was heavy on turns. Then I found the setting where I just put handling to SPORT and left the ride on...

No rubbing issues, I am even dropped 0.5in. with my MPP Coilovers. I love the added cushion, felt like it completed my suspension set up. I've had them for 6 months and about 10k miles already. I guess speedometer is slightly off now but I can live with that.

Never seen anyone say OEM Tesla Tires lasting 80k miles! Usually like 30k miles. Wonder what driving that is, SUPER CHILL mode?

Oh yes, I have the FLCAB but not the inserts. Are the endlinks very necessary or can I just put the sway bars on.

Anyone have the UPP or another brand of Sway Bars? I'm considering getting it even thought I have MPP Coilovers (10/10 settings all around) installed. I feel like there's a lot of body flex, like creaking sounds in the interior when going on uneven roads, and was wondering if the sway bars...

I love my 255/45/20 AS4's. On MPP Coilovers, dropped 0.5" and some sound deadening. Once I got the new tires (which were like $70/tire cheaper than 255/40/20's), they instantly felt more cushiony. I just feel like that made a huge difference, anyone else agree?

My 255/45/20 are running nicely, definitely feels more comfortable and saved $70/tire. I stiffened up my MPP coilovers a tad bit, feels very good now.

Got the tires installed at America's Tire. MPP lowered 0.5" with the 255/45/20 Inductions - Michelin AS4's. I used to be able to stick my hand at the top of the wheel to adjust the coilovers, definitely can't do that now.

How were your 255/45/20 overall? What tires are you running now? I have an MYLR dropped 0.5" on MPP coilovers, just ordered some AS4's 255/45. Costco wasn't going to install it due to safety issues but America's Tire going to do it for me. Would love to hear more about your experiences. TIA.

@MountainPass do we need an alignment if we only install the solid front lower control arm bearings? It’s the only things I’ve done/changes since my tire rotation on 13k mile tires in Dec. Now at 17k miles 45 days after install FLCAB, my front tires are completely bald on the inside.

That does make sense. I'm guessing you don't have any mudflaps if you have a 1inch drop? I guess I could just take them off.

Very nice write up regarding the Ohlins. I'm not sure what year the loaner S was but it was the older design, possibly 2017? The loaner S was comfortable. It's my Comfort MPP that feels more bumpy and harsh.
