haha i'm wondering if i'm the one customer :) Ohme shipped me a new charge point which arrived over the weekend. One of the Octopus installers came by Monday morning and swapped out the charge point - just the unit, none of the other wiring. Took him under an hour, and it worked immediately...

Spot on. He didn't do this testing on initial install (or if he did I didn't see) - but he did bring the test box this morning. His box reported no errors - he was able to initiate 'charge' and cycle through all the modes. So even if it's not an electrical issue or a functional issue...

Happy to hear someone else has the issue! Just had the installer (octopus) over who have verified all electricals are fine. They're talking to Ohme now to get a replacement device as that's the only item left that can't be fully verified. Car works, electricity flows, but car and ohme aren't...

Yeah that's the first thing I disabled - all the smart stuff to see if it'd kick out a charge! Just tested on supercharger network with no issues, so car is OK!

I'll try another ac point tonight. Loud clicks are from the ohme device itself - no issues from the matt-e or fuse box etc.

ah, that's annoying... really the only annoyance would be spotify - presumably there's no 'cache' where i can store my music / playlists offline? so if i want to listen to spotify i'd need to manually connect to wifi each time i drive

Ah. does it not automatically connect to any available authorised wifi points? like a PC / phone? Or do you have to explicitly pick a specific signal each time?

If i have a spotify account though (premium) could I not just log into the account on the tesla and stream using wifi tethering?
