It’s not the batteries. The fobs still open all the doors. I changed both batteries and same thing. It has to be the software update. Hopefully they release a fix for this soon.- nyranger74

Same with me, stopped recognizing the keys (both) 2 days ago. I changed both remote batteries. No success. Im sure its due to the recent software update. Got an appointment for 1 month. Awesome. At least I can use the app to start the car.- nyranger74
