If you bought from Tesla as used, you should be able to run the VIN through EV-CPO and return the SC value. If SC01, it should confidently transfer in a private sale. :)

The aftermarket wipers from Amazon are identical to the Tesla wipers. They're about $20 less expensive and you don't have to deal w/ Tesla to get them. Really easy to install. Here's the old next to the new (new ones still have the covers over the actual blade).

Short of trying to get Tesla to answer, you can try running a VIN through EV-CPO. Not an exact science, because it could have been stripped for whatever reason after the last time EV-CPO saw it.

Turns out, after the SC did the aft lower control arms in front, they never properly validated alignment. They also failed to identify the fore lower arms needed replacing as well. The bushings were literally ripped open. Independent local shop took care of that, got me back into alignment...

Interesting location. Our daycare is right there in the strip mall, so I'm there all the time. Won't be much by way of late night/overnight eats and facilities, but this location is between highway 77 and 35E.

In theory, any shop capable of doing a proper AC recover and recharge should be able to evacuate the system and refill w/ dye. They may/may not even be able to repair a basic leak in an accessible place. I'd personally go that route, unless you're in warranty.

If the compressor sounds like it's firing up and then stopping, I would start by having the system recovered and recharged, preferably w/ dye so that any leaks can be detected. One would guess it's a leak.

I have a multiple sets of eTorx for this exact reason from my time as an E70 Diesel owner. 😂

I did some looking, and didn't see upper control arms available anywhere aftermarket for the Model X. Lowers are available, but not the uppers. I'll be opening my wallet to the SC tomorrow. 🤣
