Transformer is installed!! Still have covers on charging stalls. Did not get look for a utility meter.

From looking at the sites all across the south it's all about (time to completion) the Utility Transformer (big green box).

Stopped by yesterday. No change on the (presumed) transformer pad. Still waiting on the utility transformer(where the colored loops of wires are).

The concrete pad with the wires coming out is waiting for the utility transformer. They are usually a big green box.

Comparing this screen capture to the 1st one on this thread it looks like the permit was issued 3/6/2023 (Highlighted):

Only activity (11 April 2023) on the permit is a request to address the water runoff due to impervious (paving) ground cover.

No signs of activity to report. Looked around the Winn-Dixie parking lot. No flags, no surveyor stakes, no utility paint marks.

On Monday the 26th of December this supercharger was way underperforming. All stations were working. The rate on my LR Model 3 was 26 to 70 kW. Others I was talking to has the same experience (S, Y, X). Same situation at 3pm and 7pm (out and back trip). I've never seen this station this bad...

I drove by yesterday. The "locator flags" (wire stake with plastic flag) have all be removed. There is 1 survey stake still visible. Obviously the Blue and Red painted utility markings on the pavement are still there. I would say there is noting eminent for this location.
