    Maximum battery charge level reduced and charge complete?

    I had the same error, 2013 P85. Car was taken in for battery replacement, but then SC said it was a "calculation issue" resolved by updating the firmware (which incidentally also took some 12-13 kms range off). However, problem persisted and now I have a new (remanufactured) battery.

    UPDATE: The problem with SoC suddenly dropping didn't go away, and Tesla has again taken the car in for battery replacement. Have to wait a few more weeks, as the battery they ordered for me apparently has gone to someone else... :-S

    Yep, have an appointment with Tesla SC Monday to upgrade firmware. The technician I spoke with on the phone also claimed there were issues outside Tesla's control, related to the 3G provider Telenor in Norway. So hopefully they'll figure everything out on Monday.
