I had this issue yesterday when I picked mine up. Even the mic when making phone calls was playing up. Been fine today though, seemingly resolved itself.

Just to add to this, when phoning your existing insurer to cancel, first ask them to quote for your Tesla. Mine (esure) were unable to provide cover and so waived the cancellation fee as it wasn't my fault it had to be cancelled, saved £50.

I was chatting to a local installer earlier this week and he mentioned getting certified for chargers is a bit of a faff as it's for each individual charger. I'd agree with Nick, sounds like he is pushing the one he knows. I'd be interested to know if anyone has any issues with the setup...
