Tesla replaced a rear strut, which seems to have resolved the leaking problem. They did not replace the taillights (which get moisture in them) because "moisture wasn't present." Now, I have to figure out what this grinding noise, which happens only on hard acceleration, is.

It has almost 30k miles and is a 2017, so it should still have the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. It should also have the Used Vehicle Limited Warranty. And they told me it was fine when I specifically asked about it before buying the car. Now it's in Jack Mode all by itself after being parked...

I can't vote yet cuz still waiting for that Model S P100D from Tesla and I've never purchased a used Tesla from a private party. All I can say is Tesla used vehicle sales can take a long time and they never quite tell you what's going on...
