Update... When I tested Audi A8 fully loaded, the car used to slow down close to the roundabouts, to allow you to take the roundabout more gracefully.. The tesla seems to freak out and speed into the roundabout..! EAP is on..

They seem to have brought it back in August 2019, and removed it in May 2020. So you may actually have it. Not sure if you did need a referral link at that time or not, but maybe worth asking the dealer.
