This was a new 1.4.x update that was pushed about a week ago. mine doing same thing. Web interface works from the unit's own SSID but not from my network. Curious if you hear anything from tesla support.

Yes having this same issue. If I log onto the HPWC's own SSID, the issue does not occur. Seems like a new FW issue, was showing 1.4.xxxxx

we ended up changing to a white on white y with 20 inch wheels on the lot. We had no option and couldn’t wait another 6-10 weeks for a car. So pissed how they treated us. Having to pay even MORE for a tow hitch because we will be paying for install.

Congrats...supposed to pick up there tomorrow @ 10a but still no MVPA. I don't have a high level of confidence.

These cars do not have clear coats, that is a common misconception. It is single stage paint.

Eh, as someone who is already an owner besides the Y i had on order, post delivery experience is no better (or different) than pre-delivery service wise. Car is great, but any type of interaction with tesla that requires a person is pretty poor.

Called Raleigh service center to confirm appointment to pickup VIN 48xxx ordered on 8/28 -- Originally had delivery appt scheduled for 9/24. They are saying car is 'late' and stuck in Memphis on a gas truck. Pushing us back to 9/26

Just noticed my wall connector has no updated to firmware 1.3.0 It is about 3 weeks old, have not had any issues, but newer than .8 that it was delivered with.

Ordered 8/28 got the 2-4 week text message this morning. Factory hitch as well.

Ordered a car on 8/28, Tesla called same day to make sure we can take delivery before 9/30. Said 2-3 weeks for delivery is current estimate.
