I emailed for an update since delivery was supposedly this week. He called me almost immediately to tell me what was going on. Not sure how busy the Cleveland SC is, but I have definitely initiated all communications so far.
I just talked to my SA and apparently my car did not pass QC (not sure if that was at the factory or the service center). The VIN has been removed from my account and I am at the top of the queue for a match. A pretty big let down, but ultimately better than getting a car that was going to be...

Interesting indeed. I can't imagine that Color or Wheels change the VIN range, so one would assume your car was manufactured before mine. Makes sense with he order data difference. I will be curious to see how ours compare on delivery day.

I love the matte! I may consider doing it myself. How was it wrapping around the edges? Any tips or resources you'd recommend before trying it on your own?
I've been interested in a Tesla for awhile now and finally made the jump. We just purchased a Model Y LR AWD. Anxiously waiting for delivery date to be updated. The anticipation and excitement are real. Looking forward to joining the community!
