Better than the previous program as far as I am concerned. I live in Tasmania (the island state of Australia), my ”points” expired before the first Supercharger was built in the state, didn’t get to use any of them. Perhaps Tesla will let us start again? :)

This is common (do a search) some even have it in a closed, dark garage. I have had it since the car arrived , Dec 2020. No solution or explanation that I know of.

Yep, it’s a thing. I’ve had my M3 for nearly 2 years and Sentry does the every minute thing parked in my driveway at night. It is fine elsewhere. Tesla, 18 months ago, said a software update would fix it! Not so far!

My M3 has recently stopped recognising 100 k speed limit signs. All other speeds are recognised (by visualisation and changing screen display) but not 100. This is new, and weird. Anybody else?

You can use the “Stats” App to do the end time. It costs a bit tho’

I have switched from Eco+ to Eco as, on cloudy days, the car stopped charging completely after a few Zappi pauses. Haven’t tried for a while, maybe an update has fixed it.

I have a Zappi charger with no release button on the handle. Recently, whenever I open the app to unlock the cable I get a reminder screen that I can use the (non existent) button on the handle of the charging cable. Does anyone know how to stop this reminder appearing?

They haven’t fixed it in the year I’ve had my M3. Can’t see them doing it anytime soon. I also had the “wait for a software update” response. I’m still waiting!!! My solution, turn off Sentry mode. Useful.

Yep. Gotta be quick with that screen finger. It isn’t always though but I haven’t worked out in what circumstances it is going to happen.

Yes. It is pretty good at standard signs but pretty useless at the LED ones. And sometimes apparently random at deciding what the speed limit is.

I use the “Stats” App to stop charging at a certain time and the Tesla to start charging. That should work for you. Stats is not cheap tho’

When in FSD the speed will change to the new limit, but not always and I haven’t worked out the reasoning. I must admit I mostly just spin the right control wheel to manually reset the limit (pretty quick if you do it fast, 5kph)

That’s how I interpreted it, especially as mine came as self adhesive labels along with matching triangles of aluminium to stick them to before riveting to the number plate!!!!

I understand and sympathise with your ire. What a stupid, retrograde, unfair money grab. However, one of the reasons we buy EVs is because we think it is better for the planet. So, please, reconsider and continue to drive your Tesla. Don’t stoop to the level of politicians.

In Tas, no direct action by Govt or Tesla but it is also a thing and if you happen to find out about it and contact MV registration they confirm the requirement and suggest a few businesses from whom you might be able to purchase the tags. You have to laugh really!

I have only seen it when I have started backing into a space. Have tried it twice and found it slow and hesitant. Better off not using it. Pity.

I have an iPhone XR and have the occasional won’t unlock issue. I have found, consistently, that just turning Bluetooth on and off again (there is a shortcut from the lock screen) works.

Not in Australia. Shades of grey with the odd dab of colour. I rather like it though.

It happens to us, but only occasionally. An easy fix is to turn Bluetooth off then on, takes no time if you use the pull down short cut (iPhone). Irritating though.

Not the case for me. Road work speed signs are recognised, as well as any others - it doesn’t pick up everything.
