    2019/20 Orders and Deliveries [closed]

I believe Churchill classify it as “Tesla Autopilot” rather than just “Autopilot”. I’m not sure if they’ll find it if they search for “Autopilot”.

    2019/20 Orders and Deliveries [closed]

I phoned up Churchill and they were happy to allow me to purchase insurance through them using a reg which isn’t registered with DVLA yet. It’s possible to check the payment amount remaining in the source code. If you do Ctrl + F and then search for “1000” then you should be able to find the...

    2019/20 Orders and Deliveries [closed]

Phoned up Dartford sales and asked if reg was available and they sent a text message through with the reg! I’m a GJ70 plate. Insurance were happy to accept despite the reg not being registered with DVLA yet.

    2020 Shipping Movements

Same with me! I ordered on 3 September and got a delivery appointment the next day. I had originally ordered a long range on custom order but ended up switching to a performance in inventory. My guess is they’re really trying to get the inventory cars out the door in time for when the new...

    2020 Shipping Movements

I ordered an inventory car on 3 September and had a delivery date the following day. When ordering, it had the status "In transit" but not really sure how accurate that status actually is.

    Put off my insurance?

In a similar position to you. I just purchased insurance through Churchill for my M3P (which I believe is technically Direct Line). They were considerably cheaper than other insurance companies. Worried that next year, they'll hike up the prices and other insurance companies won't be an option...

    2020 Shipping Movements

Just tried to phone Tesla to see which ship my model 3 is on but no luck... apparently they're not allowed to tell me o_O currently due to pickup the car on the 19 Sep, can anyone guess what ship it'd be on?

    "Young" Tesla drivers

I think part of the issue is that Tesla's aren't very loud; in terms of both looks and sound. They look fairly average and of course don't make any noise. Think most young people paying £50k would want a better looking car which makes a few pops and bangs. Of course there are always exceptions...

£3,000 discount on Inventory Model 3 Performances

Actually was on the 3 September!

£3,000 discount on Inventory Model 3 Performances

Tesla reduced these on the 4 September. I noticed it in the morning and phoned up Tesla in-case it was a bug and the guy on the phone wasn't even aware of the price reduction. He spoke to his manager and called me back and confirmed that during the night they had a price reduction. I then...

    "Young" Tesla drivers

Young driver here! 24 and picking up Model 3 Performance in a couple of weeks. I also bought through my Ltd company because of the tax benefits. I'm also in IT and run a hosting company :)
