My tracker v1 average gas rate was 2.74p/kwh with 14.37p/day standing charge, not sure if this is good or not?

Last month my v1 tracker average rate was 13.67p/kwh with 18.1p/day standing charge.

Moved to octopus 15th November, smart meters fitted 3rd December, half hourly readings confirmed and offer to move onto Agile 9th December, less than 1 month from moving over and its done. Not sure I want to move from tracker V1 to Agile now based on prices at moment, have 28 days to decide.

Just to compare, my previous car was Audi TTs with matrix LED which were amazing lights and far better than my M3P but on build quality my Tesla is better than my TTs and Sq5 before that, no rattles, squeeks, tyre or road noise that I feel is excessive, panel gaps and paint 100% also.

Depends on are your chargers 230volt input or 400volt input, I would imagine you are talking about 2x 230volt single phase chargers so normally you would pick the 2 phases with the least load connected at the moment and connect 1 to each of the remaining 2 phases with the least loads.
