WIFI gets stuck after leaving house- have to manually turn it off every time.

Maybe it's your wifi setup? Maybe you have a funky modem? Tesla has it set to stop searching after awhile if a signal cannot be located so as not to kill the 12v battery. We discovered that the hard way back in early 2019 when we went on vacation and I did not have my wifi set up properly. When...

Having the battery checked Tuesday with mobile tire rotation and cabin filter replacement. I'll ask the Tech to check the 12v battery and have a discussion with the "real owner", my wife. I'm in for replacing at 5 years+ old.

    $235 for cabin filter replacement?

I called the Tesla Service center today to inquire about the seemingly excessive charge of $235 for the cabin filter. $235 for cabin filter replacement?

My spouse has made an upcoming appointment for a tire rotation and cabin air filter replacement. She is being quoted $235 for replacing the cabin filter. Does that seem a bit expensive? 2018 Tesla Model 3, first time replacing filter. I am too large and less than flexible at age 70 to do it myself.

    Charge On Solar Australia

We charge off the Tesla panels often, if not (like tonight) for a trip tomorrow from San Diego to LA at 100% we charge off the grid from 12:00am until 5:00am. We really enjoy knowing we can charge during the day when the sun is pumping at home off the Tesla panels.

Noticing cold weather charging in San Diego is impacting charging levels in San Diego

Home charging, usually we get 80% at around 250 miles. Recently at night when it's been colder we have been getting less. I think she has been leaving the Sentry Mode on. That could be it in part? Not all that concerned. Maybe just a glitch?

Last night we charged my wife's 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range off the grid.(12:00 midnight until 5:00am) I set the charge limit to 80% as always. Range Loss Over Time, What Can Be Expected, Efficiency, How to Maintain Battery Health

We live in San Diego, Ca. and have only used a Supercharger twice in 5 years. When we have we charge to 100% because we were on the road. Other than that, we charge at home (Tesla Solar Panels) and then to 80%. Battery loss has been minimal.

    Starlink for home?

Has anyone recently purchased and set up Starlink for home? I see both Home Depot and Costco are offering the home version for $599 and $120 a month for service. Are you pleased? Easy enough for a 70 year old with marginal tech skills? If you have, comments and impressions appreciated.
