Yes, they are out of stock. I waited about a month, but it seems stock is starting to arrive now.

I would not recommend fully tilting the rack with two e-bikes. I did it with two normal street bike without worry, but the extra weight would worry me. I'd feel comfortable just tilting it back with 2 e-bikes to open the back hatch.

I just got my Thule EzFold XT2. Easy to install. no pin issue, since the pin is connected and snaps in. Lots of clearance. Here are some pictures:

No flickering. Steady light. Maybe a hyper-speed flicker that is tickling the robot.

Nope, that didn't work. 561 triggered alerts last night with no wind or other activity in the alley. I guess I'll need to go forward with the Service appointment. I'm still wondering is an LED streetlight might be the problem, since I don't have the problem during the day in the same location.

I think I found the answer. It seems I was not doing a thorough re-boot. I would hold down the brake, press both scroll wheels until the screen went blank, then release everything. Not good enough... You need to hold the brake and scroll wheels down past the blank screen until the Tesla logo...

Thule EasyFold XT 2

I ordered the Thule EZ Fold X2. 45 lbs, 2-ebikes at 55lb each = 155, I picked this because of the way it tilts away from the hatch.

That's how it is set now because of the repeated triggers. My challenge is that my car sits outside parked in an alley. this the where I wanted to use the feature the most and the highest risk of vandalism.

Oh my... I can't imagine how that must feel. Waiting for your dream car to have it hit when still nearly brand new. Ouch.

Good idea. I thought the maybe the feature was in 'over-achieve' mode because it's not feeling good enough, so really going for it.
