At this point, given the length of the issue that’s been going on - get your state representative involved. It’s quite funny how quickly companies and government agencies change their tune and “find” missing paperwork when they receive a letter on letterhead from a state representative.

Still waiting on my VIN. Ordered 8/2, refused delivery in Sept for the refreshed model. No delivery date on my account or any of the sort, just received a text last week letting me know it's still 3-5 weeks out. Out here in SoCal. Sigh. White/Black interior.
