My car says Long Range Plus on the app and car infotainment screen but it has an E battery is that right?

I have the same issue. I just brought mines yesterday and did a full charge with the same results. I checked the battery and mines says E so not sure if its the same as yours. I am assuming some of the Long Range plus cars were built with the E battery instead of the F which had more range?
