Hello, Newbie here, I ordered Tesla`s 8.16 Kw system about two weeks ago. On average, how long should I wait to receive my layout plan? When I check my account page on their website I see I have already been assigned a project manager. I have sent that person an email and no response yet.

I`m getting ready to place an order for the Tesla 8.16 system but wanted to know if anyone could help me determine if my existing power panel needs to be upgraded? Has anyone else gone through this and how much should I expect to pay? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
