Looks like my 2020 Long Range Plus just increased in value. Very happy I purchased when I did as I wouldn’t been a buyer at this price.

My drivers window barely moved up when I took delivery and had the service center fix it. After they fixed it, it still seemed to go up slow but they assured me this is normal for Model X’s. It still annoys me but I’ve come to deal with it. I just try not to open the windows more than I have to.

We have a six seater and don’t regret it. On long trips we put our dog and her bed in between the two captain chairs. Also, I’m 6’2 and can sit in the third row and be fairly comfortable with my legs in between the captains chairs. 7 seater it would be impossible for me to sit comfortable.

Does anyone else’s have this problem? Some of my windows will make a rubber squealing noise when they get wet, and I open/ close the windows.

I would check out Safelite. I believe you can get a quote online for them to fill the chip. I have used them in the past for glass replacement on other cars and have been happy. Since the chip isn’t in your direct field of view it should work well filling it.

You can always use the hitch for a ski/ bike rack or use it for a cargo bag platform

New Long Range all the way. I rather spend the extra 10k and get newer tech, better range, and fresh warranty. The LR is plenty fast enough for most people and the performance acceleration just becomes a cool and very expensive party trick. Just me .02.

I just got my 2020 Model X long range Plus in September. I like aspects of the refresh, but with it being 10k more then what I paid, I wouldn’t have gotten the mode X if I had waited with the price increase.

Refresh has a heat pump, so it likely has a lot better range in cold weather also.

Got my X in September. Did a loan through Tesla who used Wells Fargo. Very easy and seamless to do, I also traded in my model 3. My rate on the loan was 2.5%. I don’t remember seeing a minimum percent needed for the loan. You can always ask your SA after you place a deposit.

I have a 9/20 built 2020 model X and a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, my wife and I both have no problem with the ride height on the X. Very similar to the Jeep. Even in very low at highway speeds I don’t have any issues with the ride height.

looks like only H packs. One person did say they got the range update with a G pack but they maybe didn't realize they actually have a H pack.

Yea I did t even get a discounted inventory car lol. Oh well, the 20 mile range difference won’t matter 98% of the time I’m driving the car. Just more upset the car just devalued quicker.

I went through all the inventory long range plus cars you can see on EV-CPO.com. A decent amount of the inventory cars with over 100 miles on them show the new range. I doubt any of those cars are October build either. So I would think it looks good this will be an OTA for X’s built In the past...

I think there are some YouTube videos on how to do it. Go to Tesla Owners Online YouTube page, and I think he did a video on how to disable it.

I agree, I would be cautious about buying a demo car. I’ve heard people having to replace tires after only a couple thousand miles. Also with it being a performance, you know people have been doing a ton of launches on it which causes wear on the car.
