Had an instance of Octopus not stopping the charge this evening. Plugged in at 17:35 with 84% SoC, car continued to charge for 52 mins adding 4.72kWh and stopping at the target 90%. Only realised when the Tesla app notified me it had finished charging. Octopus charging schedule lists 0030-0100...

Holograms caused by poor refining during polishing. Easy to get that put straight. Wether or not Tesla entertain the idea of sorting it and or doing it to an acceptable level is up in the air.

I supercharged my lease car today and have had nothing show on my account history. Normally I see the charge and remaining credit from my referral miles.

Both mine are inset at the rear at the same depth. I’d assume it’s normal and haven’t raised it for my January visit for the other issues.

My order was October, collected yesterday. Was told in the SC today that I qualified and would have the free charging added within the first 2 weeks of 2021.

Ordered some Gyeon q2 leather shield today. Used the Gtechniq leather guard on my old car and wasn’t mega impressed. Ended up using LTT leather care protectant which was really good, but trying Gyeon product for a change.

Even if it’s vinyl / not leather I’d not use an abrasive like Cif or magic erasers. I’m hoping that Gtechniq I2 tri clean will do the trick with a soft brush and microfibre. If not I’ll step up to Koch Chemie green star at various dilutions until it’s gone, again with a brush and microfibre...

Is this the case with the performance model? I’d have thought regen kicking in mid corner would unsettle the car a fair bit. Maybe it’s available under some of the track mode settings? On the 2 test drives I did I did turn regen to low as it was quite a change from an ICE vehicle I found.

I was told this morning that they are not offering any service centre collections from Stockport for the rest of the year. Also to expect comms about 5 days before collection with an actual location of the collection (airports are pretty big).

Nice lady at Tesla is going to see if they can get it arranged for Stockport, waiting for a call back / text confirming. When i drove past Tesla Stockport on Saturday it was very busy with collections.

Just had mine come through for the 22nd - picking up from Manchester Airport, which is a shame as I'm 1.5 miles from Tesla Stockport. Going to give them a ring and see if I can collect from the service centre.

That makes me feel a bit better. Hopefully Monday then, had to extend the hire car for a few more weeks.

Found out my M3P is on RCC Amsterdam - Tesla said end of December for delivery.

Another vote for Motorway - I shifted my M2 with them, happened very quickly and comms throughout were good.

2018 BMW M2 to a M3P. Only thing I'm not sure about moving to the M3P is how it will be in the corners. The M2 gave so much confidence when pressing on in the right conditions. The M2 went at the end of October and I'm in a Peugeot 208 hire car which makes me incredibly sad.

Noticed my spec pop up on inventory - called Tesla, and i had been allocated a car an hour previously. Would not give any further info until they speak with the leasing company, but did say that it would be middle of december.

Just called as a M3P almost matching spec for me is on inventory. Was told that they have matched most SR & LR cars and will likely be getting to P soon. As far as the lady was aware - no refresh P have been matched in her experiences.

Delivery estimates February now for new standard range orders...
