Update - Tesla cancelled my mobile service appointment just now and rescheduled 10 days out at the service center - told me to call roadside service to have it towed to the service center, which is an hour and half away. This is so unacceptable.

Managed to get a mobile service appointment for next Tuesday (nearest service center is about 90 miles away). I've asked to replace the 12v battery; and they are apparently going to troubleshoot the error messages in the meantime. Stay tuned.
