I just finished the upgrade. Even though it seems like a good deal compared to our US friends I don't know that I will be keeping it. After tax it is $7,232 here in Ontario and all I wanted was the ability to pass a slow moving driver. Acceleration boost provides a better return for me 🙂

I upgraded to 2021.36.5.8 last night. The screen turns on quicker and quieter. Now it responds like it did before. Maybe I had a bug on the previous version.

Has anyone noticed the car making clunking sounds when waking up? Since I have upgraded to 2021.36.5.6 my cars screen is very slow to turn on when entering the car. The car also makes the same clunking noises like when it is upgrading the software but it does that every time the car wakes.

I'm not attempting to delete the files that are not needed in order to keep it zippy

Fixed it. I am sure I didn't have to do this before but I added a folder named Teslacam and it is working properly now.

For my MY The pedestrian warning sound is noticeably louder when backing up compared to forward motion. I don't hear much of anything when going forward and I believe it is meant to be louder in reverse.

Motors are different on my 2021. I had wanted to get the ghost mod but got AB after I discovered I did not have the correct rear motor.

If you want it to fishtail you might need to get the ingenext mod. Otherwise the traction control will take over and keep you safe.

It happens once in awhile. I'm starting to think it happens when I'm overtaking another vehicle. I think the car sees the shadow being cast from the other vehicle. Just my theory so far. It happens so rarely but the last couple of times fit my above example.

Too me lower SOC impacts the performance as speed increases more than 0-60. For example of you are going 125km/hr and 40% charge the car feels much slower when accelerating. At low speeds (0-100km)and 40% charge the impact is lessoned greatly.

Yes precondition. When I tried it yesterday my commute took me from 80%-55%. I felt the difference across the entire range. Also the commute used the same amount of charge prior to the purchase.
